How the Genesis Protocol Works
Five sessions, 90 minutes each, run as live conversation, not a questionnaire. We cover who your ideal client actually is and what they’re really struggling with, the vocabulary they use when nobody’s listening professionally, the expertise that solves it, and your own proprietary terms and concepts, the ones a competitor can’t just copy because they don’t know you use them.
- Sessions 0-1: Who your ideal client is, specifically, and the real pain vocabulary they use before they’ve found you.
- Sessions 2-3: The expertise solar system, what you know, how it’s organized, and the terms and concepts that are actually yours.
- Session 4: Turning all of it into founding nodes, the pillar posts, definition posts, and awareness posts your map needs first.
After the calls, I synthesize every transcript into your starter topical map, imported directly into ContentOps at idea status, plus a workflow guide so you know exactly how to take those ideas and turn them into published pages yourself.

$900 total
$600 for the five live sessions, $300 for the synthesis and starter map build. What you get: synthesized transcripts, an initial expertise knowledge graph, a starter topical map imported into ContentOps, and a workflow guide. You get ideas mapped and ready to build from, not finished pages, that’s a separate, optional next step below.

Optional: Turning Your Map Into Published Pages
Your starter map gives you ideas. If you’d rather not write them yourself, this is a genuinely collaborative process, not a queue you hand off and wait on. For each page or post, you’ll answer a short set of guided questions specific to that piece, in your own words. That’s what makes the draft actually yours, real information gain, not generic AI output with your name on it. I’m not writing from a to-do list, I’m writing from what you tell me.

Delivered as clean HTML in the Wrapper, ready for the Splitter, no CMS formatting needed on your end. H1, SEO title, and meta description already wired into the topical map node. Schema and repurposing are handled through the map itself, drop the node JSON, the HTML draft, or the map into any AI chat to generate a newsletter version, a LinkedIn post, or whatever else you need.
When the piece is new content, feature image and up to three in-content visuals are included, sourced and generated fresh for what the piece actually teaches, not stock, not reused. Sourcing the images is real work, roughly an hour depending on the source. Converting them into optimized WebP with didactic alt text through SlideShift is the fast part, three minutes. Both are included here.
Every piece comes with satellite recommendations, a Medium angle, a LinkedIn post idea, a YouTube angle, so you get links pointing back to your content without doing outreach yourself. These are recommendations to act on, not fully repurposed content delivered alongside the draft.
If your site doesn’t exist yet, I can also get the piece live myself, as a temporary site admin, and record every step as a walkthrough you keep. The walkthroughs are the actual deliverable here, not ongoing access, once you or your assistant have watched them, you don’t need me in your CMS anymore.
The Human 10%, 10 pages for $2,700
Ten percent off for a ten-post commitment, named for the same reason the price makes sense. Every one of these ten still starts with your own guided input, page by page, this isn’t ten generic posts produced faster, it’s the same authenticity requirement ten times over.
FAQ
Do I have to pay for the writing, or can I write from the map myself?
Writing is entirely optional. The Genesis Protocol’s job is the map. What you do with it after is up to you.
What if I only want a couple of pages written, not ten?
That’s the $300-per-piece rate. The bundle discount is specifically for committing to ten at once.
How does the guided monologue work across a 10-post order?
You pick which pages or posts from your starter map you want written, and you’ll get a set of guided questions for each one. Tackle them one at a time, at whatever pace works, share the transcript back however’s easiest for you, email, a shared drive folder, WhatsApp voice notes. You don’t need to sit at a desk for this. Answer the questions on a walk, talking through it out loud, and send the recording. The monologue is the raw material, not a form to fill out carefully.
