Sovereign SEO Services Offered

The Intervention Services Hub.

Authority isn’t luck. It’s built, page by page, structure by structure. If your site is struggling, the fix isn’t more content, it’s a real intervention on the architecture underneath it.

We want you running your own SEO, in-house, with the app. But some parts of getting there benefit from a real person, and some starting points need more than a subscription alone can give you. This page is the map of how it all fits together, and what each piece actually costs.

The philosophy behind this is spelled out in full on the Organic SEO Consulting page. Read that first if you want the reasoning before the specifics. This page is where that reasoning becomes actual, priced services.

Start Here, Before Anything Else

You don’t need to know which service you need before you talk to us. That’s what this is for.

You’re starting from zero

A brochure site, a handful of static pages like Home, About, and Services with nothing structural underneath, or no site at all. Start with expertise mapping instead.

The Journey

Not a menu, a sequence. Each step below builds on the one before it. If you’re not sure where you fit, the FAQ at the bottom will help, or just use the consultation above.

Step 1 // Foundation

The Command Center

$9.99/mo or $99/yr. The self-serve app: the Topical Map, the Audit Suite, SlideShift, and Publishing Accelerators, all in one place. This is the foundation everything else in this journey either builds on or feeds into.

Getting the most out of it means having your map fully powered, not just nodes populated, but internal links actually registered by the Harvester. An unwired map is a list. A wired one is infrastructure. The Help Center walks through the build process directly: How to Build a Topical Map with Flash Inject JSON.

The individual tools, if you want the deep detail on any one of them: Topical Map Tool, the Audit Tool, SlideShift, and Publishing Accelerators. Or try the audit and image tools free first, no subscription required, at audit.contentops.so and slideshift.contentops.so.

Step 2A // If you have content already

Topical Authority Map Build

$299 for an existing site up to 100 nodes, $599 with a content gap strategy added. Everything downstream hinges on this. See the full breakdown on the Topical Authority Map page, and the underlying concept in the Solar System Guide to AEO.

Step 2B // If you’re starting from zero

Expertise Mapping & Genesis Protocol

$900 total. Five guided sessions turn what’s in your head into a starter map, no existing content required. Full detail on the Expertise Mapping page, including the free workbook if you’d rather run it yourself.

Step 3 // Recovery

Backlog Rescue & Audit

Diagnostic-only from $199, delivered fixes from $499, scaled by post count. Every existing post gets the same structural pass. Full pricing on the Backlog Rescue page.

Step 4 // Optimization

Visual Asset Refactoring

$40 per page, includes a free structural diagnostic bundled in. Do your posts have images with generic or non-existent alt-text. We’ll refactor your images to webp and provide didactic alt-text for those existing images. Full detail on the Visual Asset Refactoring page.

Step 5 // Reconnaissance

Competitor SEO Gap Analysis

From $149 for a single competitor, up to $999+ for a full teardown. See exactly where a competitor’s structure is beating yours. Full tiers on the Competitor Gap Analysis page.

Capstone // Verification & Ongoing

AI Citation Audit & Engineering

One-time baseline audits from $1,500, competitor-inclusive audits from $3,000, or an ongoing monthly retainer from $3,000/mo for ongoing verification. Read the Anatomy of a GEO Citation case study or the Triple-Threat case study before you commit. Full tier breakdown on the AI Citation Audit page.

The Prerequisite: Map First

The Topical Map is the mandatory structural framework required for Backlog Rescue and Competitor Gap Analysis. You can’t audit or wire what doesn’t have a structure to wire into yet. If you’re new, start there.

Common Questions

Which service should I start with?

If you have an existing site with real content on it, start with the Topical Authority Map. If you’re working from a brochure site, a handful of static pages with nothing structural underneath, or you don’t have a site yet, start with Expertise Mapping instead. If you’re genuinely not sure, the free consultation above will tell you.

Do I need the Command Center subscription to use any of these services?

The paid services deliver a map and structural work into ContentOps, so yes, some form of access is required to receive what you’re paying for. The two free tools, the HTML audit and SlideShift, don’t require a subscription.

Can I combine services, or do they have to happen one at a time?

The sequence above reflects real dependencies, Backlog Rescue and Gap Analysis genuinely need a map to work against. Within that constraint, yes, services can run in parallel or be bundled, that’s exactly what the free consultation is for.

What’s a “brochure site”?

A small handful of static pages, typically Home, About, and Services, with no real content architecture underneath them. It looks like a website. It doesn’t function as one for search or AI visibility.
