Step 2: Speed Up Your Publishing Line

Stop Reading. Start Publishing.

You don’t need a degree in AI to operate this system. You need a sprint. We’re going to prove that you can move from a “raw draft” to a “publish-ready asset” in a fraction of the time your current manual process takes.

Part 1: Your Utility Belt

1. The Smart Wrapper

Converts raw text into clean, semantic HTML. It strips out the “div soup” and enforces a flat, authoritative heading hierarchy.

2. The HTML Splitter

Your surgical scalpel. It slices your cleaned HTML into individual blocks for rapid page-builder assembly.

3. SlideShift

The visual powerhouse. Converts slide decks to WebP, generates didactic alt-text, and creates the HTML snippets needed to hijack Google Image Search.

Part 2: The Activation Sprint

The Challenge: We have a practice draft waiting for you in your onboarding email. Open it. It’s got H-tags, lists, and a table. Follow these steps and let’s get you live.

  1. The Wrap: Drop your draft into the Smart Wrapper. Click the button to download the .txt file.
  2. The Visuals: Open PowerPoint/Slides. Create images for your draft. Export as a PDF. Drop it into SlideShift to generate your HTML image snippets.
  3. The Split: Take your .txt HTML file, paste the contents into the HTML Splitter and run it. It’s now ready for the CMS.
  4. The Assembly: Open a new WordPress draft. Use HTML blocks for every text section. Duplicate the blocks as needed. [If you have 8 text blocks, make the HTML Widget block then duplicate it 7 times. Then copy and paste each text block into each waiting widget].
  5. The Injection: Inject more HTML Widgets in between the text blocks and paste your SlideShift image snippets into the HTML blocks where your visual cues belong.

Once you’re done, you are ready to publish. If you have a backlog of posts just waiting to be published, this is how you clear it.
